"Upon check-in, the room was not quite up to standard with cleanliness, but the issues were rectified right away. They even offered us another room, which wasn't necessary. Any issue that came up was addressed immediately in a kind and respectful manner. We love this hotel because it is close to Science North, the pool is open late (10 p.m.), there is a restaurant onsite, the staff are always amazing and you can't beat the price. "

"The RCC was great — quiet rooms with enough space for us. I do wish there were recycling though — it seems archaic that there is no way to sort out recyclables in a place that advertises kitchens for guests. We would have been happy to bring our materials to the common kitchens to sort them. Also: although appliances are provided, guests should know they need to bring their own crockery, cutlery, and pots/pans/cutting boards, etc."

"The staff are just amazing-friendly and so welcoming. The lobby is so relaxing with zen decor and soothing music. The vibe created at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. :)"

"Great spot to stay overnight. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean. Beds comfortable. Nice that their check-in is at 2 pm. Check out at 11. Would recommend."

"Good breakfast tons of parking "

"I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here is not the time that was disturbed but I expected some compensation for that. The manager clearly refused for any sort of compensation. So in short, I will never come back to this property again because I work in hotel front desk department too and any inconvenience to the guests should always be addressed."
