"This place is within a 10-15 min walk from the Kaabah. The hotel also provides gulf cart/shuttle service free of charge very conveniently. The room service was awesome and the hotel staff were very friendly! Would love to come back!"

"Except one small issue in the room which was it seems water drainage pipeline passing through the wall, constant water noise was nuisance when there is no other noise inside the room it was pretty inconvenient for a sound sleep. Left the same feedback to reception. Otherwise hotel was good, room was absolutely neat and clean, staff was very good, and shuttle service to haram is cherry on top."

"Our stay at Elaf Qinwan Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Our room was comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The food was amazing and well prepared. There are shops on the ground level for quick needs, a mosque inside the building, a gym, and many elevators that made going up and down easy, even from the 12th floor where we stayed. The hotel is not within walking distance to the Haram, but the hourly shuttle service was reliable and very convenient. The internet was not very fast, likely because of the higher floor, but it worked fine for basic use. The rates were very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would confidently rate it 10/10. I will definitely stay here again."
