“It was beautiful. Grounds very well kept. Very quick& easy check in. Host communication excellent. Layout was excellent. Beds very comfortable Only minor issues were one of the tvs would not work. Called for support two techs came could not fix it said they would come back & never did. However our party of 8 would do it again definitely!!!!”

“Everything was clean and comfortable for our stay. It is nicely decorated, has a fully stocked kitchen, and is really close to all the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. The host, Leslie, was very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We definitely recommend and will book again when we're in town!”

“This was a great vacation for my family, and our first time together at a beach. The beach was a short 4 minute drive from our location, and there were private pools very close to us also. There were some dust bunnies under furniture, but nothing too crazy at all. The beds don't have a box spring, so the mattress directly on the base boards were a little uncomfortable, but again this wasn't a huge deal either. Some of the outlets were 1/2 controlled by a switch, which was confusing to us at……

“Overall, great location and amenities; walking distance to the beach, with pool access and fishing. We love Litchfield. We’ve stayed there many years. This particular unit just happened to be outdated and dirty. Dirty carpet, dirty rug, dirty couch. Unit needs to be updated with clean rugs and carpeting. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and would recommend for the price.”
