“The room itself is very nice. A little small, but great for 2 people or family with 1 small child. The tub/shower drained VERY slowly which was an annoyance as it would fill with soapy water and you would have to turn the shower off, stand there for 2 or 3 minutes while the soapy water drained away. Then turn the water back on to rinse your feet. The administration is lacking. They indicated they would text if the room was ready before 4:00. They did not. And I waited around for no reason. ……
