The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift near the sea. The living area is developed in a single environment, equipped with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and an open kitchen, equipped with comforts including an oven and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe for storing clothing. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower.

It is the perfect destination for those looking for a beautiful sea and magnificent beaches, such as the wide Recanati beach, the Schisò beach with golden sand and lush vegetation and the Porticciolo Saia beach with small bays delimited by lava rocks. Not to be missed is the Schisò Castle, part of the archaeological complex of the Giardini Naxos gardens and the archaeological site with remains of buildings from the Roman and Greek periods.
