A true highlight is the electric sloop moored at your own jetty—yours to explore Giethoorn’s magical canals from February through October. The chalet is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and essential kitchen appliances, blending modern convenience with scenic tranquility. While cars stay at the central park lot 400 meters away, the journey across the charming footbridge sets the tone for a unique, laid-back stay. Start your mornings with coffee by the canal, then stroll or cycle to local cafes serving fresh Dutch pancakes and lakeside seafood. Note - This holiday park is firework-free at New Year, where fireworks of any kind are prohibited. However, the park does not conduct active checks, so a completely firework-free environment cannot be guaranteed. There is a possibility of fireworks being set off in the surrounding area.
