"Just a one night stay after dropping my daughter off at Lancaster University. Carnforth is only 15-20 minutes drive from Lancaster-so was a perfect location for this. The Hotel had everything i required-easy check in-Clean spacious room-clean en-suite Bathroom and most importantly comfortable bed-with tea/coffee facility/kettle and plenty of choice. The Hotel is situated just off the main road but had an undisturbed night-mimimal noise. Parking is on street- but had no problem finding an unrestricted space-early afternoon or late evening. There is a car park at the station nearby but didnt need to use it-even on a saturday night. The staff were helpful but the stop over was very straight-forward.Perfect location for Morecambe Bay and for me Kirkby Lonsdale-which we love to go to whenever im up to see her. Carnforth has everything you need shops-petrol station etc-bonus being a coop opposite the Hotel. I would recommend this Hotel and will be returning."

"Just had an amazing stay at this hotel, booked a dog-friendly suite which was superb! Separate lounge with lovely views over the fields, very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom with standalone bath. The staff were very friendly and the food at the hotel was very tasty and a reasonable price too. Had a great stay and will certainly be returning."
