In the midst of an enchanting landscape, this unique vacation home welcomes you. Inside the two-story house you will find bright, rustic furnished rooms with enough space for up to several families. If you are looking for a tranquil oasis with various retreats and spacious living areas for social evenings, you are in the right place.



Both indoors and outdoors, you'll find plenty of cozy nooks. On sunny days, relax on the loungers and occasionally take a swim in the pretty pool while overlooking the surrounding area. Take relaxing walks around the natural property and settle down in the afternoon with your favorite book in the shade of one of the old trees. Several terraces and verandas invite you to spend atmospheric evenings.



Within easy reach, Rome, Orvieto, Spoleto and Perugia offer interesting cultural and culinary experiences. Discover the beautiful surroundings on excursions and visit small villages such as Attigliano, Giove, Civitella sul Lago and Todi. For swimming excursions, Lake Bolsena and Lake Corbara are recommended.

Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille..La maison et la piscine conviennent parfaitement aux enfants. La gare d'Atigliano est à quelques encablures pour se rendre facilement a Rome.Merci à Alberto qui a très bien entretenu la piscine.Je recommande cette location.
