This was a great home away from home. Such a cute place, will definitely be back next year! Beds were very comfortable . Kitchen stocked for any meal you’d like to prepare. Bathroom was also stocked well. Very spacious for family that came to visit, and such a great location close to everything. Downtown shops and eating at the Bistro Cafe is a must do!

Lovely home! clean, convenient, and a charming town. 100% unavoidable issue with the Internet. Our host booked our second evening just a couple doors down in an another beautiful clean home. Clearly the host takes great pride and it shows. Will definitely stay again!

Love this house, super cute! House is close to shopping and many places to eat. Decorations are so adorable, house sleeps up to six guests which we had on our girls trip. This is actually our second time staying here and I would recommend it coming to Glasgow not to skip on this gem!

Absolutely perfect place to stay

This place Iis far better than the pictures! It is by far our favorite place to stay. Every need we might have had already been addressed by having all the supplies we needed on hand. The house was as cute as a button and everywhere you looked was a place where attention and care had been given. We have a daughter who lives in Glasgow, so we will be asking to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful two days at your place!

Large and comfortable space. Beds and shower were great! Really appreciated the central air and bottled water in the fridge as it was very hot and muggy on the days we were in Glasgow. Off street parking was a bonus. Stewart was a great communicator. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection!

Everything was immaculate! The space was perfect and the location was amazing. Everything was extremely clean and cozy. The lights were on and there was fun music playing when we entered the house. There were extras such as bottled water in the fridge which was greatly appreciated as it was super hot during our visit. We'd stay again for sure!

Weekend getaway to Mammoth Cave

Our stay at Ida’s cottage was wonderful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and met all our guests needs. Management was very responsive with all questions and concerns we had about our stay. Will refer others to this rental and look forward to another visit.

Charming home with attention to detail

The home was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Very clean. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and tourist destinations. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very informative and helpful.

Family kayaking trip.

What a beautiful little bungalow house! Such an adorable, quaint house! I will say. I have booked many places thru Vrbo & I am picky about the places I book. I make sure 2 read all the reviews good or bad & typically steer away from anything under 4.5., that being said….this house had all good reviews & many stars. Stewart was so genuinely kind! He reached out 2 me more then once. I really appreciated him reaching out & following up becus we have stayed @ places that don’t ever respond. We luv this house & all the special little touches that make it feel soo much more cozy. The beautiful paintings made my heart melt. This house and host definitely deserve a 5star! Ida’s Cottage is lovey, equipped w/all the daily necessities, lots of bath towels, wash clothes, laundry detergent and dryer sheets 4 the washer and dryer in the house. Sometimes it really is the small things to not have to worry about while on vaca. For intstance….the things I just listed above, but also being supplied with dish liquid, plenty of trash bags, shampoo & conditioner, many blankets & pillows, room darkening curtains 4 those rough mornings. Most important, COFFEE!!! It has a normal regular coffee maker, not one of those Keurig that I hate. In the fridge was actually coffee grinds that could have been left by other guest, honestly it doesn’t matter. It came with coffee, 2 kinds of creamer & sweetener packets. Please; do NOT over thing this booking, you will not regret it!

Ida's Cottage was very clean, rustic and all around beautiful cottage to stay in. Neighborhood was very quite and just a great place to relax in comfortably. Love that it was just 15 minutes away from Cave City's tourists attractions. My grandkids love being able to go out and play in a nice clean yard. Communication was great with the host as well!

Amazing Home!!!!!

This house was so nice and very welcoming. It was better than the pictures. It had everything and more that you may have needed that you forgot. The fact that they included laundry detergent and shower hygiene items was amazing! We will for sure stay at this home every time we go down to visit family that lives around there. My daughters slept in the beds upstairs and they said it was the best sleep they have had and wanted to take the beds home with them lol. All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at and sad we had to leave. Also was in a very nice area where we all felt safe. Promise you won’t be disappointed with this home.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our stay and visit to nearby Mammoth Cave National Park. It was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and fit us perfectly. Would definitely stay again if in the area. The host was great with instructions and communicating as well. Thanks for the great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ida’s Cottage! Our weekend away was very last minute and Stewart was an awesome host by answering all of our crazy last minute questions. Ida’s Cottage is extremely clean, and very well maintained. It’s close to your dining needs if you don’t feel like cooking and shopping if need be. We highly recommend you stay there because you’ll be glad you did! Side note - we were very impressed with the smell of the fresh bed linens and towels 😃 Thank you so much Stewart!
