The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home! This freshly renovated, beautifully designed townhouse spans three levels and offers the perfect mix of style, comfort, and functionality.

The property features a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private balcony, offering a relaxing retreat. In addition, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a single bedroom, making the space ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travellers seeking a convenient and comfortable stay.

The house offers two full bathrooms—one equipped with a shower and the other with a bath—providing flexibility and comfort for guests. Additionally, there is a convenient guest WC located on the ground floor.

Cook up a storm in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, coffee machine, and wine cooler. A large island makes it the perfect space for enjoying group meals or entertaining.

The bright and airy living room is filled with natural light and includes a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.

Enjoy both a front and back garden — ideal for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.

One designated parking space is included within the complex.

All this in a quiet, residential complex just minutes from the vibrant West End. Whether you're here to relax, work, or explore the city, this space is designed to make you feel right at home.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. We will send a guidebook 3 days prior to the check in date which will detail all access information.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located next to the canal. A scenic riverside route, great for walking or cycling to the West End of Glasgow. If you are lucky enough to experience a sunny spell in Glasgow, why not take a walk down the canal to Pinkston Water Sports. Located on the canal you can indulge in many water sports activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding or white water tubing. This can be a fun day out with activities suited for families, friends and sports enthusiasts

The famous Jaconelli chippy is a short 10 minute walk if you are looking for some comfort food! Alongside this we recommend taking a trip to Café D’Jaconelli, located on Maryhill Road. A café that has been around for over 100 years, serving the best ice cream with raspberry sauce! It’s a must when in the area.

There is many shops and cafes located around the complex, alongside a 24 hour Tesco!

Getting Around:
The property includes a designated parking space, making it easy to bring a car and explore Glasgow at your own pace. Alternatively, Gilshochill Train Station is just a 7 minute walk away at the top of the hill, offering a direct 13 minute journey to Glasgow Queen Street. For even more convenience, a wide range of bus routes run along the main road nearby, providing easy access to destinations across the city.
Not only close to the West End but only a short 20 minute drive to the City Centre.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, check-in is not available on 25th December and 1st January.

For insurance reasons, the lead guest must be over 25 years old, and ID verification is required for all bookings.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fee will apply if this policy is not respected.

We do not allow parties, hen or stag parties. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 8pm and 8am as the property is located in a residential community with many children.
