不满意：服务设施，清洁度
booked this , and had an email a week before saying they had sold the place, and for me to cancel my end as they couldnt do it, so that would have meant i lost all my money, they never responded to any emails, and left me high and dry, i had to book elsewhere in case i was let down, and indeed i was, no communication whatsoever, after the initial email to my personal email saying it was sold, i actually went there while i was in the other place i booked to find it cleared out and empty, getting hold of anyone through this site was a nightmare, no one ever bothered answering me.. very stressful time.
