“Hot water was not hot and took a very long time to get warm and our door (room 206) was so squeaky loud-needs some WD-40. Otherwise I would have given everything five stars!”

“I personally wouldn’t stay there again. No ice machine and the fridge in the room didn’t make enough ice to even fill our cups to have cold drinks. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to go by a mattress topper and even that didn’t help. Couldn’t get the room cool enough to be comfortable. The noise from the room above us and beside us was too much to deal with. I’m sure it was kids jumping and yelling but I shouldn’t have heard that to all hours of the night.”

“Was unable to make our reservation, called way ahead of time and was told ok but had to cancel with Expedia. I asked the girl if they would approve it when Expedia called to verify She said more than likely especially given our circumstances and it was before 3PM Management declined it. Paid 500 dollars for nothing even tho they could have sold that room! Shame on you wolf lodge - even a partial refund would have been nice”

“Stayed here for one night, I was told it was on castle grounds and it included a “pastry chef” breakfast in the castle. As far as the room, the window was broken and stuck wide open all day and then we were told we could change rooms at 11 at night- the room we were switched to, also had a broken window. The staff wedged something in there to keep it shut for the night. It was definitely not ideal to pack up and move in the middle of the night. And then the pastry chef breakfast was nothing more……

“Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.”

“We had a great stay here. The room was clean & tidy. It was close to shopping and restaurants. This Holiday inn had a beautiful sitting area with a wonderful view.”

“Everyone at Hotel Polaris was super nice, and welcoming. Anything we needed they made sure we got what it was. The rooms are super nice, and housekeeping was super thorough and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurants were fantastic, and there were many to choose from. The only thing I am disappointed about is that there are not multiple locations. I would stay here a million more times.”
