"Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster from start to finish. We received no check-in info prior to arrival and couldn’t reach the host despite multiple calls and messages. We had to find a hotel at midnight. The next day, we finally got a response and were promised a refund for the first night. "Loved our stay. Property was located centrally to the Springs and all shopping in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to make from the front door to the hot springs within 10 minutes. Virginia was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Outside seating area was cute and private. "

"We had an amazing time staying here! This is such a unique property. They have a little hobbit hole outside by a campfire pit, a teepee, a hammock, and a sand pit for digging! This place is fantastic for kids. My 4 and 2 year olds absolutely loved the sand pit and the treehouse bunk bed! There are also some very scenic views of the mountains and it's located super close to the hot springs pool and Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. Highly recommend!"

"The place was very clean and the view of the mountains were amazing. There was plenty of wild life, we saw chipmunks, hummingbirds, rabbits, deer, and what I believe was an elk. Just be aware the cabinet is about a 25 minutes drive up the mountain and an additional 5 from town. I recommend you go down in the morning, spend the day in town before heading back up for the night! "
