Parking lot needs to be well maintained. The whole place has to have a whole makeover. 」

「My Place is a brand new smallish hotel in Mesa/Phoenix. As a result it was spotless, fresh, clean and excellent for the kind of hotel it is. It is the very definition of functional. There are basically no amenities, which is what I was expecting. There is a guest laundry. The room was very plain, which made no difference to me. It has a basic small kitchenette with an in counter cook too and a full-size refrigerator. It’s really designed as a somewhat extended near-residence kind of lodging....

「Staying as a couple, traveling. Hotel was wonderful, from check in to room to breakfast Clean and comfortable bed. Used the work out room- lots of options, everything you need for a great start to the day. Breakfast meal was wonderful, gluten free options, cage free eggs, oatmeal with at least 10 options for toppings. Sat in the breakfast area for quite awhile and I observed staff serving breakfast and at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Used the laundry, clean but could use new...
