「Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely.」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」

「Apartment was very spacious with everything we needed. A continental breakfast was provided which was appreciated. We had dinner at the pub one night and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking available. There is no lift and entry/exit is via external fire exit stairs at the rear of the building.」

「Our room was filthy every surfaces had inground dust/dirt bathroom had mold cracked sink in bathroom the matt was very dirty Toilet seat was falling off I couldn't get out of the bathroom (I did in the end) the bathroom door spring was loose needed a new one window bedroom was falling forward Our door enterance dorr handle was falling off both sides the outside of room carpet very grubby needs deep clean i wasn't very happy went for drinks at the bar several people was smoking (Vaping)」
