「We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space. Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. 「Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Staff not always friendly and did not even acknowledge us when entering or leaving. The friendliness was quite different then our great Thanksgiving stay. Would recommend stay on upper levels only. The shower could not have been cleaned as no water pressure.」

「The property is located in a nice, safe community and is easily accessible, within walking distance of the ferry station. The highlight is the staff, especially the woman at the front desk, who is very helpful, attentive, polite, and respectful.」
