“The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. How unprofessional and dishonest and we have not yet been refunded!The rest of the site is totally unfinished but they advertise as if the……

“My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. There was a bit of confusion at the reception with our IDs but that was handled well. We arranged for a couple massage and that was brought right up to us. We really appreciated the service 10/10.
