“Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults.”

“We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were……

“Good”

“Beautiful hotel with vast estate of well maintained gardens. Clean pristine beach right next to the hotel. Loved the room with the plunge pool. Staff were very helpful. Services were excellent. They even provided free taxi services from/to the airport! Brest was included and had lot of variety options. If you can afford then don't hesitate to stay in Taj resort!”

“This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place.”

“I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay”

“Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The……

“Für indische Verhältnisse war alles gut. ”

“ Nice, clean rooms, staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caretaking”

“Yes we enjoyed ”

“Avoid at all costs stained sheets, grubby towels, dirty floors, no fridge, no safe, far from Benaulim beach with no taxis nearby”

“The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. “I stayed at the Azaya Beach Resort and originally booked a 7-night stay. However, due to the extremely poor condition of the hotel and multiple safety concerns, I checked out the following day and booked another hotel instead. Upon check-in, the shower in my room was not working. I informed the staff and asked them to fix it while I went out for dinner. When I returned, nothing had been repaired, and worse, my room had been left unlocked with three laptops, my passport, and other valuables……

“Safe room' ”

“Pool is small, no chairs in balcony. No cupboard. Bed hight is too low..”

“Nice relaxing few days. Comfortable rooms with good a/c. Great pool, well maintained. Location OK but a 20 minute walk to Colva beach along busy roads. Very helpful staff.”

“We did not use the pool but it appeared very clean. The rooms were very clean. Staff were top class and always willing to help. ”

“Nice Sea view, near to Madgaon railway station”

“Just all round, bad service. No one to clean the room, refresh the bins. Had breakfast included for 1 week... Tried 3 times to have breakfast... I just gave up. I just went somewhere else because I was already waiting+25 minutes on all 3 occasions. I've had food in the restaurant in front. It's all dry and reheated”
