「PEACEFUL SMALL PLACE TO STAY ..」

「Lovely little cottage! Everything the two of us needed. Quiet, comfortable and well appointed. They even provided some simple condiments, fresh local coffee, a bottle of wine and their own local honey! Visiting the farm stand and being able to walk the farm was great too. Just a simple slice of heaven in Rhode Island. 」

「Our stay was perfect at this house, the house is very clean and in a perfect location and in a nice quiet neighborhood with beaches nearby, the owners were very friendly and responded within minutes of any questions I had. Very pleased with everything about this house.」

「Our Family stayed at this location in 2023 and looked forward to our return in 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island yet close enough to home to accomdate schedules etc.This location/Property is perfect for us (mooring) Beautiful spot allowing us to satisfy varied interests (boating, fishing, sunset cruises, beach, biking, exploring nature, etc...)」

「10/10!!!!! This house was amazing! Very clean, very beachy, and a nice, quiet location. We all enjoyed our stay. Spent mornings on the dock catching crabs. Afternoons in the screened in porch, enjoying the beautiful water views. The children felt cool sleeping and hanging out in their downstairs lair! It was a love for all 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids). 」

「The cottage was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of four. It was more than comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was gracious and very responsive, which made the experience even better. We loved being just steps from a beautiful ocean view and so close to the beaches. We hope to stay here again one day!」

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
