“Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.”

“This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, we turned up after a long days working to the drunk owner arm wrestling in the hotel, smoking inside amd flicking it in a stella glass. It was honestly like a scene out of the league of gentleman. We wemt straight to bed, to be knoked up at midnight by the steaming owner. He demanded payment even though we had paid theough hotels.com, we showed him the receipt but he was trying to scam us. He then kicked us out of the hotel. Honestly guys for your……

“Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. ”

“We were given an upgraded room at check-in, and asked to pay a £10 charge for an extra cleaning charge for our dog. I was expecting this charge as Expedia don't give an option for paying for it when booking online. We dropped our bags in room and went out for a walk, on return we had a drink in the bar and went into restaurant for our evening meal which we both found uninspiring, especially the desserts. Returning to room I went to make ”

“Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.”
