Very disapoimted

Have sent many emails Still not resolved pls refer to those emails as I’m not explaining myself again other than we only stayed 2 nights contacted you guys and host very in happy customer just wanting my money for the 5 days I am going to have to take this further as you just playing games with me it’s terrible behaviour.
