“The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. ”

“Les + : Le personnel est adorable que ce soit la personne qui gère les réservations, les personnes qui s'occupent de l'entretien, ceux qui gère la supérette. Le mobile home est propre. Les- : Mobile home vieillot, pas pratique, mal agencé, sol affreux qui s'enfonce à certains endroits. Aucun rangement ou petit meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires. Canapé devant la porte, inutile. Pas de chaises à l'intérieur. Pas de terrasse avec un minimum d'intimité ”

“George was a fantastic host. Attentive to my needs and always available by phone. The room was updated beautifully with a great shower. It was also very clean and comfortable. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again.”

“Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments……

“The hostel is very clean even the toilets are cleaned often. It would be better of hangers are provided inside eqch toilet cubicle. There is oven to cook which is amazing but if there is microwave oven to heat the food in a short time would be even better. While the street towards the city side has few days of bad urine smell, but was washed.”
