Négatif serait un peu les alentours et après il y a possibilité de prendre les transports publics qui en a bien suffisamment ou une location de voiture ou les prix sont intéressants. 「Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. 「My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it.」

「Très bon séjour, petit déjeuner excellent (sauf machine à jus d'orange d'un uatre temps à changer immédiatement car éclabousse partout....), magnifique piscine, grandes chambres avec jacuzzi privatif). Personnel en général assez sympathique avec mention spéciale à la jeune fille de l'accueil (26 ans), très serviable et très avenante. Un grand bonheur de tomber sur des personnes de cette qualité. Encore un grand merci Mademoiselle, vous aimez les gens et cela se ressent, vous êtes vraiment faite...

「Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. 」

「An exquisitely designed property in a charming town, near Heraklion. Although it's no fault of the hotel, GPS programs insist on directing you on tiny, steep lanes to bring you to and take you from the property. Highly recommended to not rely on GPS apps. This offers small town flavor near to Heraklion with plenty of tourist sites nearby, including Knossos. Breakfast was great. We had a few pre-season hiccups which the staff endeavored to solve.
