“My wife was bitten all over her body by either bedbugs or fleas. I sat on the sofa bed and had to move because of the odor-it smelled like a wet dog. Also, while checking in the staff was more concerned about registering my car for parking than anything else, which was a $10 per night extra charge that i don't recall seeing on your website when i booked my stay.”

“Arrived late night bottom floor rm 103. Walked in the rm., first thought wow alot of fabuloso & lemon cleaning smell, which by morning we found out masked the entire smell of the room is best said like a cat liter box. After i went up for free bfast , only thing warm is oatmeal or grits., cold cereal, packaged donuts, muffins. After my lil breakfast went to front desk and told them room smelled, need mopped with clorox bleach. Was then informed, they dont clean during stays but you can walk up……
