“Our stay at Idle Wave was fantastic! The property is clean, nicely furnished and provides a beautiful view of the Gulf. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, including beach gear and every detail has been attended to. Our teenage sons and their friends enjoyed the downstairs area while my husband and I occupied the loft area. We could not have asked for better beach access to both the gulf and the bay. We would definitely return to this property. ”

“Great location on the beach, it is in a quieter area so really lovely beach access. The Sans Souci is an older property and this unit is very well maintained. There is rental chairs and umbrellas available at the building but the unit also had plenty of chairs. We were quite comfortable and would stay again. Just a couple things to note:- The listing does include a travel crib, but we could not find one. - It also listed a 1 cup coffee maker, it's actually a 10 cup, likely typo but I bought K……

“This is one of the best houses I’ve ever rented. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and located in a great area with plenty of parking. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the bathrooms were spotless with excellent showers. The whole house is fully renovated, and the keyless touchpad entry on both the front and back doors made check-in very easy. Highly recommended.”

I would recommend removing pedestal sinks and putting in cabinets that have countertops I would recommend steam cleaning tile grout is very dirty I would recommend either putting twin beds in the guest bedroom or getting a much better quality mattress for the trundle bed.A lot of the silverware is missing needs to be replacedA couple of……

“Very clean, well decorated with vintage Pensacola and beach art prints, comfy beds, great deck with view across the street of the beach, TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and garage parking. Short walk to Peg Leg Pete’s - great seafood and fun atmosphere. Beautiful Emerald water views - Pensacola is now my favorite FL beach, and I’ve been to several. ”

“Evergreen Cottages was amazing. It had way more amenities than I was expecting. A gated dog zone, BBQ grills and picnic areas and outdoor lighting that made the place so cozy. The home was comfortable and spacious for such a cozy home. The only thing I would change was there was no place to hang clothes (like a clothing rack) and the water temperature in the shower was a bit finicky and it came out either scalding or cold. Other than that everything else was amazing. ”

“the duplex was wonderful, and very comfortable for our stay. even though we had people next door we never heard them. I meant to write in your book but we left early, not as early as we wanted we overslept. Next time we make a booking we need a place that allows pets, I think we both grieved having to leave them at home, they always travel with us. Thanks for the Hospitality.”

“Beautiful cottage with adorable decor, a fantastic bathroom, and on a quiet farm. We woke up every morning and watched the horses as we played ball with our dog in the large fenced in area. Perfect for our high energy Aussie mix. Robyn was a great host! Very responsive and hospitable including a homemade welcome treat/Thanksgiving treat which was super delicious! Both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker which my husband really appreciated. Plenty of towels, blankets and we'll stocked kitchen……
