Terrible!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Amazing location, amenities and hospitality

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Cocoa Villa in Sky Beach Club was better than perfect. We enjoyed a lovely home with plenty of privacy for everyone. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the description was 100% accurate. The morning sunrise from the living room, front deck or bedroom was the perfect way to start our day. Our host, CC was always available and just a pleasure to talk to. At the Sky Beach Club we could swim, order cocktails, dine or just sit on the beach. Chef Pascal is an 5-star chef. We hired him for a private dinner and were so impressed with the various dishes he prepared for us. Each dish was better than the next and the presentation was over the top. I highly recommend Coco Villa, Sky Beach Club and Pascal. It is the perfect location to sit back and relax or explore the Island like we did. We will be back.

Eleuthera stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home had three very nice bedrooms. Very quiet, clean property that has some maintenance issues. Oven does not close properly/ stove top has one burner out and markings on Dials have worn off. Very little cook ware so it is hard to fix a good meal. Electric went out often/ home needs a generator. Road to home is in bad condition and I recommend an SUV as most taxi drivers will not drive down road. Furniture in home needs replacing. Very noisy and echoing thru out the home.

Lots of potential but the property ultimately falls flat...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying the house has lots of potential but some areas could use improvement. While the spacious house had great views, reliable WiFi, was clean and in a great, centralized location with a beach and restaurant that had a swim up bar on property, the roads on property are horrible. We saw multiple cars suffer popped tires during our time there. One of the sinks in the larger bedroom downstairs did not drain as the sink stopper was jammed. The downstairs half bath's sink didn't work at all. The listing stated the house had an iron and ironing board, there was no iron. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a shower that did not work at all. The umbrellas for the back patio were broken and we were told that new ones would be delivered during our stay, they were not. The locks and keys to the house were faulty as if you were leaving and wanted to lock the door, they keys couldnt be removed from the lock. The oven had all the temperature numbers gone so it was just a guess to what the oven was set to when cooking. The microwave seemed to randomly stop working at times as well. There was a charcoal grill but no charcoal at the house and we went to 3 different stores looking to buy some but none had any nor could point us in any direction where we could find any. I called the management company about a number of these issues shortly after arrival and was told Sonya, a member of their concierge service, would stop by the following morning to check in on us and the situation. She never showed up while we were there. If we would go back to the island, we would stay elsewhere 100%.

Beautiful and private

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and adjoining beach were lovely and private. Recommend having a car or access to a driver as the location is isolated. If u desire a quiet, private location, this is your place. Not much to do off season. I did encounter itchy bumps from what we suspect were beach fleas. Get the spray to repel them ahead of time. Lastly, Eleuthera folks were nice to us. The house is beautiful and nice, has no pool, but ur close to the beach

50th Birthday Bash

The location was centrally located. View amazing. Very private. Great pool and bar/restaurant on property. Beach in walking distance. House was very clean and had all modern amenities. Property manager had his wife were able to assist with any questions/problems. Highly recommend!!

Never Again Until Significant Road Repair is Done!

Reviewer Comments: Ruptured a gas tank on the bottom of rental car on the private resort road. The entire road had pot holes that rub the bottom of the car for several hundred yards. Damages to the car are estimated to around 1500.00. after this experience the rental car companies I would expect will not rent a car if your staving at this property. Extremely funded property. One could only assume it's part of a bankruptcy!

Little Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect paradise! Waking up and ending the day with a view of that beach and a short 3-5 minute walk to the water was pure joy. The house we stayed at was a split level house for 10 people. Every inch of that house was beautifully done. CC was amazing with taking care of us and giving us all sorts of tips for the island. The only inconvenience was you had to drive everywhere which I guess that’s just Eleuthera so be prepared to either bring some basic groceries with you or drive to town to get supplies.

The house was INCREDIBLE! Each bedroom was clean and comfortable with a private bath. The communal spaces were spacious and great for gathering. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed. Great property and I can't wait to come back!

Great villa, and great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a week's stay at a villa at Sky Harbor. The villa had everything you would want for a relaxing vacation and was very close to Governor's Harbor. Sammy, the owner of Sammy's Pool Bar was very informative about anything Eleuthera, and he mixed some fantastic drinks at the swim-up pool bar! The view of the ocean from the edge of the pool is what you see in the pictures! We had a great time meeting CC as well. She met us at the villa and was very helpful at every turn. Would certainly return! It doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend staying here. The driveway into the property needed a little smoothing out, and we heard from CC that might be on the short to-do list.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 2 houses for a total of 12. We enjoyed the trip very much, wish the houses could have been a little closer to the beach. Ate several times at Pascals but they need to get the ladies room commode in order and the bathrooms need to be cleaned by early morning. It is somewhat disgusting to leave that area uncleaned until early evening. I recommend Andrew (Josh) Demeritte if you would like to treat yourself to someone else doing all the shopping, prep work, cooking and cleanup for you. He can also more than likely arrange other things to do for you. We had already had made plans prior to knowing about Josh. CC at the Sky Beach Club was amazing and helpful when we needed it. We also had maid service which was very nice and they did a great job for us.

Tremendous Family Vacation Spot

This was the perfect place for our family of 6. The villa is spectacularl, big, well appointed and with unbelievable views of the ocean. The pristine beach is a very short walk and the water is amazing. There are even dolphins that come by to visit! While this is not a hotel, Nick and CC treat you like family and really made sure that our stay was enjoyable. Eleuthera is a great place to visit and Sky Beach is great place to stay. We will be back as soon as we can.

Off the beaten path!

If you are looking for something that is off the beaten path, then Sky Beach Club is your next vacation destination. We had a group of 3 couples and rented the Coco Villa, a 4 bedroom home. The home is plenty roomy, gorgeous, and the views are spectacular! The location is a short car ride to the town of Governors Harbour. The people were super friendly - don't forget to stop by and see Teddy at Burrows Liquor Store! We had a small problem with our rental car and the locals were more than helpful to get us on our way. Cece and Nick at Sky Beach Club are a wealth of information and tremendously helpful. Sammy, the bartender, and Joanny, the waitress, at Pascals are on top of your food and bar needs at the swim up bar. Always serving up smiles along the way! The area is quiet. Our little group was our night life!
