「Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.」
「We arrived quite late, around 9:30pm, but check-in was quick and easy. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel itself was absolutely spotless.
The spa was still open for another half an hour when we arrived, so we made the most of that, which was lovely!
