「Neighborhood felt relatively quiet and safe. Our neighbors next door were moving the next day and decided to get drunk and party with some friends til past 0230. This was no fault of the owner, I managed after 3 attempts to defuse the issue and it got quiet. I explained the issue with the owner and requested a time extension and she was very accommodating, considering my issue. (PS, the neighbors have moved and should not be an issues for future visitors)!」
