「Excellent hotel, wonderful welcome. The fridge was stocked with water, beer, and juice. The pastry chef does an amazing job. The view from the terrace is directly of the Sagrada. The only thing — clearer instructions about the floors would be helpful (the floor is marked as “SA” in the elevator). No complaints at all. 」

「What a fantastic property! Having never been to Barcelona before, we were “green” as to where to stay. The Gràcia quarter was amazing and this hotel is at the heart of it all. 「The property is on a busy street yet one would enjoy standing in the patio and having a nice coffee. If you prefer to sit down, there are cafes right downstairs. There are other eateries and shops downstairs and I was able to get a sim card easily using my passport. WRT the kitchen - I was not able to get the stove to light up.... the communication with the management was slow and not very helpful. They were not rude or anything like that but felt just too slow and clueless. 」

「I have stayed for 5 nights in Jan 2014. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It provided daily cleansing services. It is on metro line 3 and at a quiet residential area; approximately 5 to 7 mnutes' walk from the metro station. Supermarkets were just 5 minutes' walk away. One of them opened even on Sunday afternoon. The apartment provided cooking facilities. It was basic and enough for a short stay. However, it would be perfect if there were a washing machine and an oven.」

「I am not sure if the hotel up-graded us to a bigger room coz this room was defnitely bigger than the rooms offered by other hotels afterward which claimed of similar sizes. The room included a bath tub, which is absent from many hotel rooms in Europe. There was two computers and a printer in the hotel common area, you can use them for free! The staff were nice.」

「Great location at Barcelona city centre. Surrounding with lots of restaurants, we can have dinning, shopping at the Passeig de Gracia by walk. And just few stations by taking metro to get to the attractions. We were staying at the 4-bedroom apartment for 7 nights. It is the most spacious apartment we have ever stayed. It is fully equipped and clean. And made my family have a perfect stay in Barcelona. I definitely will recommend this to others and stay here again. 」

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. Upon entering my room on the third day, I found a massive cockroach in the toilet. Additionally, the hotel did not offer any umbrellas for guests to borrow or rent in the lobby, something I would expect from a proper hotel. Overall, although the stay was decent, the lack of cleanliness and basic guest amenities made my stay quite unpleasant. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. "
