「We were looking for a location at which we could combine some exploration of historic sights with some relaxing time at the beach. Grado is probably unknown to most Americans, but I highly recommend the town. The Eliani is an ideal location, and they even provide parking. Staff was VERY helpful.」

「Cyclists be aware it costs 3 euros to store your bicycle in the accommodation garage. Located about 5 minutes cycling from the center, varied options for breakfast but a long queue for getting coffee (slow machine and only one for a crowded breakfast lounge). Took 10 minutes waiting time to finally manage to get a cup of coffee. Room very well air conditioned, bed was well dayed and worn. Shower was good but very stingy on shower gel. Thin paper walls you can hear your neighbors talking, and...

「This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight, is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby. Recommend getting a junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small. 」
