「This house worked perfectly for our family of four to explore the Smokey Mtns and nearby towns. We even heated up our Thanksgiving pre-made meal from The Old Mill and made it work. Kids enjoyed their expansive room upstairs complete with their own bathroom, foosball table, deck and hot tub, while the parents had the downstairs with their own private deck and kitchen to enjoy coffee in the mornings. 「We had the best time staying here! We couldn’t find the location. Messages Brennan and he was happy to jump in a call to help us arrive. Not 10 minutes after we arrived we seen a bear on the deck. 「Absolutely loved the house and location. Saw about 15 bears come past the house in the 4 days we were there. Located at dead end street so no through traffic. House had absolutely everything you would need for your stay. Owner communicated well. The drive has a few tight turns but well worth the drive. You are literally just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. 」

「Excellent directions from host. Well-kept, high-quality house and grounds. Quiet, country location to just sit by the river. We had a really good family time here. We did have 6 grandkids whom all stayed upstairs and we as the grandparents stayed downstairs so the heavy foot walkong at 6 am was a little distracting but other then that it was absolutely a wonderful rental.
