“From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service.

“Common areas were nice and staff was generally courteous. Breakfast choices were limited but food was passable. Lunch menu and preparation was best of the three meals. Supper left a lot to be desired. Poor selection badly prepared. Would not recommend the all inclusive option for this resort.
The grounds were very nice. The pool is tiny and at times the water was cloudy, not at all inviting.
The room was clean but furnishings were tired. The toilet flush lever had to be held down to work.

“The hotel was terrific once you were inside the property, It is very beautiful and the pictures are accurate. I also had an amazing massage at the spa. However, the neighboring area of the hotel was very busy and loud. I often heard sirens during the stay. My only complaints about the hotel were that the food was just okay and housekeeping did not normally show until 4-5pm each day. The dining could really use an upgrade.
