「I had the best stay it was for my 60th the room with a view was just what i asked for and most importantly it had a bath the staff were lovely and my room was spotless ill definitely be going back 」

「The property is in a very good location, a very short walk to both the beach and the back beach in a quiet street. Everything in the property is of a high standard. We had a lovely stay and would definitely rebook if in the area again.」

「Position of house was very good although there was no parking which is inconvenient. The furniture is old and very tatty The central heating didn't work terribly well. We enjoyed our stay, there is lots of space but feel the place need some decorating and some newer furnishings 」

「Lovely big room for 3 over in the Lodges, warm and comfortable, but no wi-fi unfortunately. The breakfast was good and the view is lovely. Ideal for walking to Newton Abbot along the path.」

「Staff are very helpful and friendly, lots to do for children. Next to the beach and a cliff walk down to Amusements, rides arcade and Restaurant. Parking is in front of Hotel. Room has everything you need. Tea coffee biscuits etc Netflix and sky sports. We enjoyed our week very much」

「We arrived late after a mechanical issue with our car. We called ahead to advise Ed that we would be late. He fully understood and when we did arrive was greeted with a smile. Breakfast was very good, room very comfortable. 」
