I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN.”

“The lodge was clean, modern. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the good breakfast every morning, along with the always available warm coffee and tea in the lobby. They also offered warm cookies upon arrival. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to a shopping center that had a Thai restaurant, a grocery store, and several other businesses. There were also many places to eat within a short driving distance. The lodge was a good base for sightseeing and outdoor……

“Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. “First of all the amenities were NOT what we expected. I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. Our room we were in had a loud buzzing noise so we got the front desk to come and here it. She heard it and gave us another room. The drink machine was out of order.
