“The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN.”

“First of all the amenities were NOT what we expected. I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. Our room we were in had a loud buzzing noise so we got the front desk to come and here it. She heard it and gave us another room. The drink machine was out of order. “Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. Leaves and sticks from the winter had not been picked up. Gazebo with a fireplace is a nice place to hangout. Our fifth visit here and a couple of……

“We drove up early to attend Art in the Park, and asked if we could go ahead and park in the lot even though it was well before check-in. They allowed us to do so, which saved us from having to find parking elsewhere while we shopped Blowing Rock ! Very accommodating, and much appreciated”
