"My husband and I loved the apartment and the area. The perfect layout for two , all modern and tastefully done. Spotless with a host of amenities, with great instructions on how to use everything. What a view!!! Great communication between the host . I hope to return to Pittsburgh and definitely will return to the Grandview Apartment if available."

"The apartment was nice. Kitchen and living area are very nice. Bedroom is a little small, but the bed was comfortable. If you're a couple staying the night for a concert, it's perfect. The kitchen was also big enough to make food in, etc. if you're staying longer. I wouldn't put more than two people here or maybe a couple and a child. The area has an amazing view, but it's a little sketchy at night. Within walking distance is a great little breakfast place, called Eggs and Moore, a bakery, ice cream shoppe, and other bars and restaurants. Nick was great regarding communication, and check in was super easy. A nearby church burned in July, so access the apartment via Bertha St. You have to park there anyway. Thanks, Nick, for a great stay!"

"Excellent location. The stairs to the 2nd floor and bedrooms are steep and narrow so you have to be quite an adept ambulator (which we are). Beds were comfortable. Hosts are great with communication. All in all an excellent stay."

"What a great location. Spent hours sitting on the deck with a breath taking view of the city. We had plans to visit the Steelers Stadium and it was only a 10 minute drive. The house itself was in immaculate condition with plenty of room for our group of 9."

"This place served our purpose. We were not in the apartment much during our stay and we did cook meals during our stay. We only planned breakfast in the apartment so my only disappointment was the cooking pan availability. There was nothing there to make pancakes on. The beds were comfy. The living room was perfect for all of us to recap our day before going to sleep each night. The place was easy to find and within walking distance to public transit."
