"Clean Room and Friendly Staff"

"The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working. Breakfast was good. A bit more service and tea/coffee facilities in the room would lift the experience. "

The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. While I was gone, the cleaning staff entered the room to clean. Nothing was missing, but...

"This was a wonderful, tranquil, quiet stay. The owners were wonderful and responsive and I felt cozy and at home. I'd point anyone I knew to stay here, and sure hope to be back to Puerto Varas-and sure know where I'll stay."

We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again! "
