"First, be aware that you need to follow ALL of the signs that say, “Runchee.” Your GPS/Apple Maps/Google maps will NOT take you to the hotel/B&B. Parking is easy. Find the place is not. Breakfast: if your idea of breakfast is bread and butter, coffee and cake, then you’re in business. Don’t expect a real meal. I paid in advance and the lady running the place chased me down to pay for my stay. Mistakes happen."

"Excellent hotel in a beautiful area. Great hospitality. We absolutely loved staying in this breathtaking and untouched nature with happy animals walking around. "The stay was fantastic and all the staff was super friendly and always eager to help and share about the area. A plus is the free access to the gardens of Villa Melzi which are incredibly beautiful and give an easier way to reach Bellagio city center, located at least 20 minutes away by foot. The breakfast is also very nice and if I go again to Bellagio I won’t hesitate to stay here once more."

"Unseren Aufenthalt kann man im Allgemeinen als gut bezeichnen. Bemängelt wird, dass keine geeignete Kaffeemaschine für Zubereitung nach deutscher Art vorhanden war (Pulverkaffee, keine Pads). Das Türschloß vom Gartentor ist defekt, was insbesondere bei der Anreise, sowie im weiterem Aufenthalt zu Komplikationen führte.Das Umfeld der Treppe war verschmutzt. Fernsehempfang gestört (schwaches Signnal) außerdem nur italienische Sender."

"We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "
