“This hotel is centrally located for all that we wanted to do, between hiking trails off Skyline Drive to antiquing at the multitude of antique malls and shops in the area. The hotel has been consistently clean, quiet and in very good condition over the several years we have been visiting the area. “I thought this dog friendly motel was as cute as a button. I enjoyed my stay there my grandson and myself the room was cozy and home like nice pressure plenty of hot water on the shower a little dated which adds to the charm. I only wish they had Apple Pay. “Took an impromptu trip with my husband for the weekend and while on Skyline Drive we were fortunate that Big Meadows had some vacancies. Absolutely loved the lodge. Room was wonderful and the staff was exceptional nice. The property was great for hiking and enjoying nature. We encountered a lot of deer and chipmunks around the lodge which we enjoyed watching. The on site restaurant and store was nice. This was our first stay at Big Meadows and we will definitely stay there again!”

“The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. ”
