"This was my first stay at a Point A hotel, but won’t be my last! The location was convenient to Liverpool Street Station, which was a big plus. The room was relatively spacious and the shower the best I’d had in 3 weeks in England. It was nice having food and beverage options in the lobby where there was also umbrella rental. The one thing I didn’t love was the lighting in the room, which was so high tech that I couldn’t figure out how to have on only the reading light by the bed."

"The staff were excellent and the room was very clean with good amenities. The hotel itself is a good 20 to 25 minute walk from the closest tube and the directions a little confusing. In retrospect would recommend taking a taxi from the tube to the hotel and back again. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity but a bit of a walk to find fine dining."

"Clean room. Shower didn’t drain very well. Tried to use online check in but digital key couldn’t be accessed and staff seemed to have no idea about the online check in process. Upgraded to exec but didn’t receive complimentary water. Friendly staff, greatly kept hotel, room was great (much better than photos give away!). TV was rather slow. A 50/50 experience."
