「Guy at the front desk was nice and very helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was good too. The double bedroom can use a little more TLC far as the random spots, mattress and ripped bedsheets. 」

「Holland house was a nice stay but we were disappointed with the breakfast that’s included. The breakfast would take us almost an hour to get and to top it off the breakfast would come out cold after waiting all that time. But besides that the hotel is a good place to stay for a couple of days..」

「Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- 」

「Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room.」

「One night on each end of a cruise. 3 star is fair. Very clean, staff was great. Bag storage easily accommodated and much appreciated.」

「This is island life. No microwave but there was a propane tank range but it's a short walk to the beach and all the fun stuff so it doesn't matter 」

「This was my 4th stay at Carl's Unique Inn. The property is a convenient place to overnight when traveling. The property is generally clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My main challenge has been the stairs which you have to climb up and down with your bags upon arrival and when leaving. The rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator. It would be nice to have someone who can help guests with bags upon arrival and when departing. Otherwise, you can certainly consider this...

「My stay was frustrating due to the inconsistency in service. It seemed like certain guests were prioritized over others, and we did not receive the same level of care or attentiveness. I also wish there were more inclusive breakfast options, as there were no non-pork meat choices available. I hope the hotel can improve both its service standards and menu variety to better accommodate all guests」

「The property was run down and I saw two roaches. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. I can’t say I would come back because of the roaches. It was giving dive hotel for sure.」

「主人熱情好客，可以提供各種旅遊景點、餐廳、停車場等訊息。飯店本身就臨近 Simpson Bay 海灘，如果不想跑遠的話，飯店有提供免費的沙灘椅 & 陽傘。在聖馬丁島最重要的就是沙灘行程，飯店基本上隨時準備 4 條以上的乾淨沙灘巾在房內，隨時出去玩回來都可以換用，非常貼心。」
