This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. "

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

"Excellent hotel when you have an early morning flight. There’s a walkway connecting the hotel to terminal 2 and it is a quick and easy walk. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, even if the airport is directly beside the hotel, I did not hear any planes landing or taking off. "

Fantastic hotel with a great view of heathrow runw

"This hotel was an impulse book on my part. After getting the bus from terminal 2 to the hotel,everything was great.I book rooms with a runway view. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well equipped. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding. We had drinks and bar snacks from the bar area, excellent sellection of food and drink. Breakfast was buffet style full english and continental, and all superb. Id stay here again if ever i return to london heathrow. "
