Great Salt Lake Shorelands Preserve Hotels

"WiFi in my room was abysmal and when I called to inquire the staff was not only unhelpful but rather snarky about it. Not cool! I had some important work to complete that I had to complete in the lobby where some distracting loud, live music was being played. I had to hot spot to my phone for any reliable WiFi since my cell phone didn’t work up in my room as well. The only staff that was actually helpful and pleasant were the valet and bell hop staff, otherwise this stay was less than ideal which is appalling considering the cost of the room and the type of hotel it is. Do better!"

"Room was clean but floor looked like it had flooded. Dark bathroom. Looked like someone tried to pry their way into several rooms. I was given a smoking room and requested a non smoking room. "

"This hotel was awesome! Very clean, friendly staff, and the building reminded me of a ski resort in the mountains. Great property. "
