"I had a great stay, the breakfast wasnt as great as we had the past stay at Crystal Inn. The room was clean & I appreciate the hotel front desk staff (1)was pleasant to to with. I think the Hotel staff could smile 😃. "

"I stayed for four nights and the hotel itself was very good value, with an excellent breakfast. I chose this hotel based on the good reviews and the fact that it was only a few minutes walk from a tram station. I walked to the tram station every day to go to my conference downtown and back in the evening. Although the stop is only 7 minutes walk away and very convenient, the area around the stop is not good. You have to walk about two blocks on N Temple and under an 8-lane highway. There are very few street lights and no lights at all under the highway, so it is almost pitch black. The area around there is a homeless encampment with lots of people milling around, drinking and smoking. It is very uncomfortable to walk through this in the daylight and even more so at night, particularly as you have to walk through a very dark part under the bridge. If you have your own car and are driving, then this is a nice hotel and very convenient. If you're planning to go downtown and use the tram, then you should look elsewhere."

"WiFi in my room was abysmal and when I called to inquire the staff was not only unhelpful but rather snarky about it. Not cool! I had some important work to complete that I had to complete in the lobby where some distracting loud, live music was being played. I had to hot spot to my phone for any reliable WiFi since my cell phone didn’t work up in my room as well. The only staff that was actually helpful and pleasant were the valet and bell hop staff, otherwise this stay was less than ideal which is appalling considering the cost of the room and the type of hotel it is. Do better!"
