"I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!"

"This was a great place with plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the shower experience! We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner!"

"A truly unique property. Lots of space and had everything you need for a large group to stay. We ranged from 19 years old to 70 years old. Every age range was conformable with what the home offered. It it the most off the wall decorated home i have ever stayed at and we just loved it. It is a short walk to town, and only about 2 minute drive to the ski slopes. I can say for sure we will be back in the future."

"The property was the perfect place for use to stay for a short skiing getaway. It was so close to Holiday Valley and Holimont (you could see both from mountains from the house) and it was walking distance to the shops, restaurants and grocery store! The house was very comfortable, there was plenty of places to sleep for kids and the kitchen was well stocked! This house had it all and host was super responsive and great to work with! We would stay here again!"

"We had a joint bacherlor/bacherlorette party at the lodge with our entire bridal party. It is a beautiful place with so much room! The common areas like the kitchen, game room, and living room were great for us all to spend time together and it was also so nice for all of us to have our own really nice rooms to go back to when we wanted to relax. "The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup."

"This was a great place to stay with two adult couples. Two bedroom two bath means privacy for everyone. The location was great. Wish we had more time to spend outdoors hiking in the state park. I’d like to come back in the summer to sleep on the screened in porch and listen to the waterfalls. Travel was made all that much easier because we were able to bring our furry friend."
