"My wife and I stayed for a ski weekend. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. Property is in a beautiful, quiet location and has everything you need for your stay. The weather was very cold during our stay so the cabin was on the cool side but sleeping loft was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. "Great house, looks exactly as pictured! Hot tub was a nice touch. Only downside was we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper quickly between 8 people, so I would recommend grabbing your own from the grocery store. "

"This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable."
