All boxes ticked five star ( apart from to tv remote control which is an absolute mare to understand, still hadn’t figured out how to change the volume by the time I left, that gets a one star. "Nice clean room. The staff on reception were excellent, particularly Akos who greeted us on arrival. The food was decent enough. We also sat in the bar before leaving and there was some very good live music."

"First impressions are everything and when I checked in the receptionist, Haqui, was exemplary. She was professional, friendly, obliging, customer friendly and a credit to the hotel. The room was large, the bathroom and shower were good and the bed was very comfortable. I had an evening meal which was very good and again with excellent customer service. The location is very central and I highly recommend the Radisson Blu hotel. "
