Amazing friends week at the lake!

Plenty of room for family and friends in this beautifully appointed lake house! Perfect location on the point! We had so much fun visiting, kayaking and bike riding! Highly recommend!

Thanksmas at the lake

The location is excellent. Kitchen set up easily handles cooking for a crowd. The game room was perfect for kids and adults alike. Fixtures and furniture need updating and linens and mattresses need upgrades. .

Outstanding visit!

Great stay last weekend with a group of friends for my husband's birthday. Communication was excellent before and after our stay. Home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous views and perfect location (6 minutes from Publix and 10 minutes from Ritz)! We will be back!!!

We celebrated our mothers 80th birthday and family Christmas. The house is in a great location. It was easy to access. Everything felt very safe and secure.

Came down for 3 days during the masters week. Location was great. Jordan was very easy to deal with. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate!Only minor Issue & it’s my fault for not reading past the code & address. No shampoo or soaps on property. For that kind of money, that should be a given. Again 100% my fault for not reading the final email.

Thanksgiving 2023

Decided to have the family Thanksgiving dinner at the house because we couldn’t make the trip we had planned. The house was amazing and we really enjoyed the whole experience. We thinking about coming back in the summer so we can enjoy the lake. Thanks.

The house and property are perfect for families of any size and age. Everyone has something to do and the house never feels crowded in the least with our 24+ people. The owners are very responsive and we have never had a problem that wasn't addressed immediately. We've stayed a week for the last 4 years and have had a great time every year.

Elegance with a view

Plenty of room, great for large groups. Big bunk bed room if you have lots of kids. Kitchen with lots of pots, pans, utensils etc. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies, though. Sit on the porch and enjoy the spectacular view! Rent that pontoon boat! We are already talking about locking this down again for next year.

50th Anniversary trip

Property was very poorly maintained, not cleaned well. Pontoon was nice. Location was nice. Pool table nice but Foosball table broken in multiple ways and game balls stuck inside and difficult to access on arrival. Appliances old and in poor repair. Bad choice on my part after bumped from another property at last moment. Sleeps 16 if 8 don't mind sleeping in bunk beds in same room. If relaxing and not looking for things to do, this might be the place for you. Some of the appliance issues may be repaired by now. Jordan was friendly and was helpful but tended to want to blame others for property shortcomings when general maintenance and monitoring of cleaning service are the issue. Presented Jordan with 22 items needing attention. Probably worst VRBO property in which we've ever stayed. I should add we were overcharged by a substantial amount over the maximum rates based upon the rates published.

Very accommodating for large group

Awesome house! Enjoyed the deck overlooking lake. Plenty of space for all 14 of us for annual Father/Son UGA game weekend. The only negative was spotty internet which caused the tv streaming signal to buffer…so was frustrating to watch live football on tv. Other than that great central location for golf, and fun on the lake when time and season allows. Will definitely rent it again!

Mother Daughter short trip

Three Moms, Three daughters. Loved the house, loved the views. Loved the boating. The sheets were not clean in two rooms. We had to wash them and remake the beds before we could sleep on them. Other than that, the house was great. A few things broken before we arrived like a TP holder and a cabinet door....but overall the house is very nice.
