“This property was clean and a great amount of space. The patio was actually very large with the most beautiful view. My concern was as a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel the safest knowing that the patio actually connected to the apartment next door. I couldn’t open up the shutters/windows/doors for air overnight without feeling terrified the guests next door could come inside. And it was extremely hot in the apartment without them open (no control over AC and just a fan going). To no fault……

“Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy.
Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels.
Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for……

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”
