"Stayed here for 2 nights. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Cleaned daily. Breakfast very tasty. Staff extremely helpful. The only downside for us was the water fountain on the lake. It doesn’t look spectacular, but it’s loud and annoying. Without it, it would be so peacefully quiet. We didn’t use the spa facilities, but it even without it, it was amazing stay."

"Lovely little find! Easy check in process, beautiful quiet room with lovely bedding, So peaceful out in the country, got a lovely night's sleep! Ate in the restaurant for both the evening meal and breakfast and faultless - food freshly prepared and tasty! Highly recommended!"

"Stayed at the weekend Friday to Monday and brought the pooch with me.Great hosts - Barbara came to let me in though i was slightly earlier than expected. Really clean accommodation and lovely location only 15 mins from Cleethorpes.Really lovely and quiet even the wildlife are quiet on a night time.Fished the larger lake which was great - loads of pegs to fish fromif you want to take the dog to the beach go to humberston fitties and park in the yacht club as its free parking. Then try Cleethorpes country park for a good walk around and the pooch can have a swim.Really cant fault the place - remote and quiet"
