"Comfortable and stylish hotel in an excellent location near the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was very good although it took time to find a member of staff to take our order when we arrived at 7.30am. "

We had room 20 which was spacious and had a view onto the bustling Pantiles street area of TW.
If you are like us a couple staying overnight for a nice dinner and a few drinks, this is actually a perfect place to stay.
On the Sunday morning because we were up early, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel which is à la carte and I must say the coffee was of an excellent standard, akin with Black Sheep, so well done on that front. My partner’s sausage on sourdough was lovely and I had a light Toast/preserves which was also lovely.
Service was understated but good.
No air con but the fan was surprisingly effective.

"We spent one month in this beautiful and comfortable cottage. The views from the cottage are spectacular! We saw dear in the fields almost every evening. Truly delightful. Giny and Andrew, the owners, are extremely helpful and are so warm and wonderful. The location is near to tons of National Trust properties. We highly recommend this outstanding retreat! 5 Stars!!!! Pet friendly country barn and forest retreat with a private hot tub

"Beautiful barn had all we needed for a wonderful, relaxed stay. Only fault was the garden was quite grubby; the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned from the previous people, as there was still an ashtray full of cigarette ends on the table. I had to wipe down the chairs by the hot tub before we could sit down and enjoy our evening. Only a minor fault, but I feel like the outside should be as clean as the inside. Don't let this deter you from staying here; we had a great time and really enjoyed the hot tub."
