「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「What an amazing hotel! I came at the recommendation of friends and now I know why they were so insistent. The decor, comfort, welcome, food, cleanliness, location, recommendations, assistance - everything - was wonderful. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. I will definitely return - hopefully soon.」

「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「Not gonna lie—the stairs weren’t fun! But everything else made up for it. The rooms were cute, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing night. We took a walk and found an amazing spot for dinner just down the street—honestly the best meal of our whole trip. Breakfast at the hotel was quick, tasty, and just what we needed to start the day. It's a charming little place, and we'd definitely stay again if we're in the area!」
